Roo Rogers is a serial entrepreneur and business leader, who takes a unique human centered and creative approach to delivering ventures at scale. Having created and built three of his own businesses, his approach has brought success in Silicon Valley, as well as markets such as Pakistan, Bangladesh, Kenya and Rwanda.

Previously a partner at world-leading design and innovation firm fuseproject, Roo is behind the SPRING Accelerator, which has scaled over 75 growth-stage ventures across 9 countries in Africa and South Asia.

Roo is also an active writer and commentator in the field of collaborative consumption. His first book, ‘What’s Mine is Yours’, analyzes the rise of the collaborative consumption movement, and explores the impact of the movement on individuals, communities, and business models. Roo has been working in Africa since 1995, and is both honoured and humbled to contribute to the success of African entrepreneurs whenever and wherever he can.
